UK retailers are demanding ever higher margins. The dilemma for beauty brands wanting to enter the UK is how to find enough headroom in their price structure to satisfy the retailer's margin, provide a workable distributor margin, participate in promotions and make money. The alternative - setting up a subsidiary - is expensive and high risk.

We help - by acting as a brand's Country Manager and allowing the brand to invoice the retailer or salon directly. As a brand's Country Manager we are focussed on driving sales and act as the brand's dedicated partner in the UK - delivering everything that a subsidiary would and cutting out the need to build in a high distributor margin.
